EULA - End User License Agreement

Oceantiger jDeveloper LICENSE AGREEMENT
BEFORE USE OF THE ENCLOSED SOFTWARE YOU SHOULD CAREFULLY
READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. USE OF THE
SOFTWARE INDICATES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND
CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THEM, YOU SHOULD
NOT INSTALL THIS SOFTWARE.
You may:

Make as many copies of the software (the unregistered version) as you
like, as long as these are exact copies of the original version.
You shall not, without the written permission from the author:

1. modify, merge, reverse assemble, or reverse compile the Software.

2. create derivative works based on the whole or any part of the
Software or its associated documentation.

3. charge people for the copies that you distribute of the software.
Evaluation and Registration:

The program is an evaluation version that works for 30 days after installation.
When the 30 days evaluation period has ended, you will need a code to be able
to keep running the program. The registered version of the program, cost 39.95
US dollars to buy.
Disclaimer of Warranty:

Although the software have been tested extensivly and thouroghly, the software
way contain errors and the software is therefore provided as is, with no
garanty of being error free. In no event shall the author be liable for any
damage that may be caused by the use of this software.
